A glass cafetière with a silicon bottoms to use to make six cups of coffee at the same time. How does it work? Rinse the pot with warm water and fill it with round coffee. A full tablespoon, around 10 grams, is sufficient for 1 cup of coffee. Pour a small amount of boiling water onto the coffee. Wait a few seconds before pouring the rest of the boiling water onto the grounded coffee. Do take care not to fill the pot more than 3 cm under the rim. Then place the lid with the filter on the pot and allow the coffee to brew for 4 minutes for the best flavour result. Slowly but surely push the filter straight down while holding your thumb on the lid of the cafetière. Make sure that the spout is not pointing in your direction. Leave the filter in this position until you have finished drinking the coffee. The filter keeps the coffee deposit at the bottoms of the pot and prevents the coffee from becoming too strong. Clean all of the parts carefully after use. Do not use a metal sponge or abrasives. All of the parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. Never place the cafetière directly on flames or any other heat source.
